This promotion is valid to any resident of France who is sixteen (16) years of age (or older) and is a registered ESN France card member. They must have a valid ESN members card at the time of the promotion. Lycamobile Student Saver Pass bundle (‘the offer’) inclusive allowances are for calls and texts from France to standard French landlines, French mobiles and for data usage in France. Other usage will be charged at standard rates. 4G availability is subject to handset model and location. Allowances are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. The offer can be activated and renewed from the available balance on your Lycamobile account, and therefore subject to top-up. The 30 day period is considered as one month for allocating the bundle allowance. Lycamobile reserves the right to replace or amend the offer, these terms and conditions or to withdraw the offer at any time on reasonable notice. Lycamobile reserves the right to withdraw or suspend the offer or to disconnect you if we suspect that the offer is being used for commercial purposes, for conferencing, if it is being used for tethering or if for any reason Lycamobile reasonably suspects that you are not acting in accordance with this policy (if we consider that the usage was illegitimate).
