Refer a friend

Lycamobile’s Refer a Friend programme will allow every active customer to refer someone to use the service. The referrer will be able to benefit from every successful referral.

1. Definitions:

Referrer means an active Lycamobile customer who refers Lycamobile to a new customer who has genuine interest in using the services

Referee means a new Lycamobile customer who starts using the service by successfully topping up the account.

Referral credit means credit which Lycamobile gives to its active customer for successfully referring a new member to Lycamobile.

2. Referrer’s duties:

You may either send an email invitation to a Referee’s email address or you may send a SIM card by post directly to a Referee’s postal address.

1. If you order the FREE SIM card directly to the Referee’s address, you must have their consent and have the right to access their details including email address and delivery address.
2. The Referee must be new to Lycamobile and must have a genuine interest to continue using the service by topping up their balance – details below.
3. Once a Referee has successfully topped up their new FREE SIM, the referrer will receive a text message confirming that the referral has been successful.
4. Within 24 hours of receiving the above text message, the referrer will receive the referral credit.

3. Referee’s duties:

1. The referee must enter the Referrer’s Lycamobile number and the country they live in at the time of ordering a SIM via the online SIM order page.
2. E.g. https://www.lycamobile.se/en/checkout/

Details passed on in other ways will not be accepted and the referral will not qualify as a successful referral.

4. Qualifying SIM cards:

1. All SIM cards must be ordered online via the Lycamobile website e.g. for any SIM card orders in the UK, they should be ordered at https://www.lycamobile.se/en/checkout/
2. All SIM cards sent using this service will not include any credit unless they are purchased with credit via the Lycamobile online SIM order process.
3. SIM cards purchased from a retailer or received from any another campaign will not be eligible.
4. All qualifying SIM cards will be delivered to the Referee’s address 3 to 7 working days from the order date. However, delivery turnaround time cannot be guaranteed as other factors outside of our control, such as adverse weather conditions, may affect the delivery. Lycamobile will not take responsibility for the loss or damage of the SIM cards.
5. Once the delivery of your SIM card has been confirmed, the Referrer or the Referee will not be able to cancel or amend the order.

5. Referrer’s benefits:

1. Referrer must have an active Lycamobile account and must remain as a Lycamobile customer for a minimum of 45 calendar days from the date sign up in order to be eligible to claim the referral benefits. The referrer must have done a minimum top-up of £10, 10€, $10, 100 Kr or 10 z?.
2. In order for the Referrer to claim the Referral Credit, the Referee must activate their SIM card by either: (a) completing a minimum a top-up on their new Lycamobile SIM; or (b) by purchasing a Lycamobile plan or bundle in the country they activate their SIM. 6.General:

After the Referee has successfully topped up their new Lycamobile SIM, Lycamobile will send the Referrer a text message confirming that the referral is successful Within 24 hours of receiving this text message, the Referrer will then be sent a referral PIN directly to the their email address and it will request them to redeem via USSD command e.g. Dial *123*PIN#

1. Any payment made for delivery charges does not qualify for claiming the referral benefits.
2. The Referrer has a maximum of 30 days to redeem their Referral Credit from the day they receive the referral PIN. Once redeemed, the Referrer will have 30 days to use the Referral Credit.
3. Any Referral Credit can only be used in conjunction with your existing Lycamobile number and the benefits are neither non-transferable nor non-exchangeable. No cash alternatives or alternative credits will be given.
4. In the event of misuse or dishonesty, Lycamobile has the right to reject or to refuse the Referral Credit or any other benefit
5. Lycamobile reserves the right to void any referrals or Referral Credit if it suspects, in its sole discretion, that: any Referrer or Referee does not meet the programme criteria, has engaged in a fraudulent activation or, has violated any of these terms and conditions or Lycamobile’ s standard prepaid mobile service terms and conditions.
6. Lycamobile may end the programme or change any of the terms and conditions. Lycamobile will notify you in advance by updating this page at least 30 days before the change.
